LohnCC Server, installed from the kit on a Linux server your organization owns, with Vangera HR and Vangera Flow beside it and a license key from Vangera License. People still sign in with their LohnCC account.
Inside LohnCC
Vangera HR and Flow open inside LohnCC under Apps, and their approvals arrive as cards in LohnCC's Approvals. An organization's owner or admin adds or removes an app on the organization's page.

Vangera HR, Vangera Flow and Vangera Field each start at $100 a month per organization, on a one-year contract. LohnCC, the sign-in and chat they run on, is free. Your price depends on your size and setup; ask for a quote.
Early start offer: start now, pay from January
Sign your FY 2027 contract before 31 December 2026 and run the apps free from today beside your current system, with setup and training for your team. Switch over on 1 January 2027, when the contract starts, and get one more month free at its end.

Security and privacy
In plain words
Encrypted on the way and stored encrypted on the server
Every connection is HTTPS only. Messages, files and the records the apps keep are stored encrypted on the server.
Accounts by invitation
Someone invites you and approves you; there is no open sign-up. Admins use two-step sign-in, and a computer signs in by scanning a code with the phone.
A record of what happened
Sign-ins, approvals and admin actions go into a log the organization's owner can read.
Backed up every night
Encrypted backups each night, restore tested, with a copy on a second server.
Nothing from third parties
The apps load no outside scripts, fonts or trackers. This site counts visits on its own server without cookies, and asks before Google Analytics.
Your data, your choice
Download your data or delete your account from the app. An organization's data stays on its server; devices drop their copies 14 days after they were last opened.
What it does not do yet
LohnCC is not end-to-end encrypted: the server holds the keys so it can deliver messages and make backups. No certification or audit is claimed. What is kept, and for how long, is in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Common questions
What does it cost?
Vangera HR, Flow and Field start at $100 per app per month for your organization, on a one-year contract; LohnCC is free. Contracts signed before 31 December 2026 run free until the contract starts on 1 January 2027, with one more month free at the end. Ask for a quote with the form below.
Do we need to be on LohnCC?
Yes. Every Vangera app signs in with "Login with LohnCC" and reads your organization's people, departments and teams from LohnCC; the apps keep no passwords of their own. An organization joins LohnCC by invitation.
Is it in Lao?
LohnCC, Vangera HR, Flow and Field are in Lao and English; each person picks their language. The manuals are in English; this site is in both.
Can we run it on our own server?
Yes. LohnCC Server is installed from the kit on a Linux server your organization owns, with Vangera HR and Vangera Flow beside it; a license key from Vangera License checks it. People still sign in with their LohnCC account.
Does it work on phones?
In the browser on any phone and on a computer; the staff screens are made for phones first. An Android app for LohnCC is in testing with a few people; there is no app-store version.
Where is our data kept?
On Vangera's server for the hosted apps, stored encrypted and backed up every night — or on your own server with the kit. The Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at app.lohn.cc say what is kept and for how long.
Who is behind it?
Vangera Systems is a one-person software house in Laos, run by Lohn (Nakhonekham Xongmixay), an IT manager, systems engineer and biomedical engineer. The person you write to is the person who builds and runs the apps.
How do we start?
Send the form below, or email info@vangera.systems, and say which app, your organization and how many people would use it. You get a reply by email; if your organization isn't on LohnCC yet, it is invited there first.

A one-person software house — on purpose
Vangera Systems is run by Lohn, an IT manager, systems engineer and biomedical engineer. When you work with Vangera Systems, the person you talk to is the person who designs, builds and maintains your systems — no hand-offs, no account managers.
That experience spans hospitals, international hotel brands, multi-site manufacturing, a research institute and security systems — environments where downtime is costly and reliability is the job.
